Ways to improve our memory

Hey all, i have read this article just now and i think i should share this topic with you all especially you.. No need to mention who right? Actually our memory is kind of short-term memory.. However the neurons inside our brain is kindly connected and more easily to remember if we are practice some ways to improve our memory and works better..

  1. believe in ourselves and convince that we have a good memory. Do not condemn our memory and erase all the bad thoughts about our inability, think positive
  2. exercise our brain and develop our brain with new skills and challenge ourself to keep it growing. Do not let our brain die, avoid laughing too frequent as laughing helps to reduce our neurons
  3. then, try to reduce stress and control it. Its normal when we were stressed but try to control it
  4. practice a healthy lifestyle because it can lead to a healthy brain as healthy body gives healthy brain. Antioxidant based foods like spinach also necessary to get a good functioning brain
  5. improve our observation skills and visualize our memories
  6. take time to relax as our memories is a short-term, stay focus and avoid distractional
  7. repeat everything that we think it is significant
  8. grouped it and categories it into a specific group
  9. organize our life as it improves organisation and free up our powers of concentration
