Pevegen system? I'm so sure that not everyone know bout it.. I have read it a few days ago and it really attracts me.. Pavegen system is a rubber footpath slabs which is a new invention develops in UK. The slabs absorbs the kinetic energy produced by a compression about 5mm when people steps on it and convert the kinetic energy into electricity by a specific device. It also emits bright glow to attract people's attention and let them know that they can contribute to a sustainable energy. Each single slab in busy area (city or town) can generate up to 2.1W per hour as 5 slabs can light up the bus stop signs through the night! It also an eco-friendly device as made 100% from recycled car tires. Can you imagine that actually you can contribute more to save our environment, help to conserve the energy and even save our money.. I hope this new invention will widely spread out all over the world as our Earth now is in danger due to the mankind activities..
