10 attitudes that can affect our brain

Did you know that some of our bad attitudes can bring harm to our brain?
  1. Didn't take breakfast - did you know that when you avoid your breakfast, glucose level in our blood will be decrease. This makes our brain didn't get enough nutrients and slow down our brain ability, make it less active than others
  2. Exceed of meals - it will burden the blood vessels as cholesterol will stuck in our blood vessel and store as adipose tissues. Then, enough of oxygen cannot be transported to our brain as our brain need enough oxygen to work very well
  3. Smoking - each inhale of smoke from cigarettes will kills some of the neurons inside our brain and may cause Alzheimer. People who inhale smoke is 10 times exposed to the danger of this effect than people who smoking. This also happens to those loves to eat sour foods frequently
  4. Exceed of sugar intake - exceed of sugar intake in our daily meals will affect absorption of nutrients and protein and of course will affect our brain system for a long term
  5. Air pollution - lower contents of oxygen in polluted area will make less of oxygen can be transported to our brain and affect our brain activity, make it less active
  6. Exceed of sleep - eventhough sleep is good to rest our brain but exceed of sleeping will cause brain cells dead
  7. Close our face while sleeping - sleeping with cover our face with pillow for example will decrease the oxygen content and higher the carbon dioxide level during inhalation. This can cause harm in a long term period
  8. Push our brain when over its limit - for an example we push our brain to work even our body condition is not in a good condition will decrease the effectiveness of our brain and may cause cells in our brain die
  9. Less imaginative - imagination is about creativity. With imagination, we will let our brain to think out of the box and make it active but less imaginative will decrease our intelligence and less effective
  10. Rarely think - thinking will make our brain healthier and active. So, we are encourage to think every second, do though  tasks and else to generate our brain ability. But remembered, too much thinking will lead you to the craziness. So think wisely, don't beyond our ability
